Chai

Chai
1.5" ginger, sliced thin
2" cinnamon stick
4 whole cloves
1/2t ground cardamom
dash vanilla
2T honey (or to taste)
2 tea bags
1c water
1c milk

Bring all ingredients except milk to a boil and boil gently ~5 min. Add milk, and heat until warm. Serve immediately.
